“La 59”

This is Casagraria’s first opportunity to break ground and build housing. Farmer-landowners Paul Muller and Dru Rivers are making a 2.4-acre site available for three homes to be built and conveyed permanently to people employed in local agriculture. ¡Si se puede!

Casas Capay Valley

Learn more

Casas Capay Valley is Casagraria’s pilot project—launching with 6–8 farmworker families in the Capay Valley. By acquiring a 43-acre property in Guinda, the project will develop new homes, retain land in community ownership, and offer farm leases to residents. Through limited-equity homeownership and a community-led governance model, Casas Capay Valley creates dignified, lasting housing and opportunity for local agricultural workers.
